Carol Kirkland has built a career out of expertise in planning, innovation and leadership. Beginning as a medical transcriptionist, Carol quickly became department director at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, leading more than 65 people for more than two decades.
At the same time, Carol built her family business, AVE Office Supplies, specializing in excellent customer service. With a master’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Carol’s expertise focuses on establishing personal connections toward a goal of differentiating her business as the go-to resource for products, prices and people.
Carol manages all marketing, sales and accounting functions for AVE Office Supplies. Her favorite part of work is interacting with friendly customers and seeing the many ways they transform skills and interests into lucrative enterprise.
